Each player may hold only one active jaitbaaz account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method — is a breach of these Terms. jaitbaaz uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. If duplicates are found, all accounts will be suspended and any balances or winnings across those accounts will be voided.
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering your jaitbaaz account. This includes your real name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jaitbaaz login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. jaitbaaz will never contact you to ask for your password. Any message claiming to be from jaitbaaz and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support.
You may request closure of your jaitbaaz account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met. jaitbaaz also reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice.
If you want to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, jaitbaaz can apply a self-exclusion period instead of a permanent closure. This gives you the option to return after a cooling-off period. Ask support about this option.
jaitbaaz supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All transactions must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account belonging to someone other than the registered jaitbaaz player — are not accepted and will be returned where possible.
